Alexian products are hand crafted by Groezinger Provisions, Inc., a USDA facility which is a Women Owned Business, and certified by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). In 2022, the Groezinger family celebrated their 40th Anniversary! At this event we will meet Alexandra Groezinger, the second generation of her family to produce delectable pâtés, mousses and crackers of distinction.
Alexian takes great pride and care in making pâtés and mousses. The result of Alexian’s lavish attention to preparation and fresh ingredients, are pâtés and mousses of refined taste and texture. We’re sure that you’ll be delighted to serve them to family and friends, and of course to enjoy them yourself. All meat, poultry, and game ingredients are purchased from carefully selected vendors who pledge and certify that their breeding and raising practices are humane and sensitive to the health and well being of their stock.
These practices include:
No administration of added hormones or antibiotics; vegetarian-fed diets designed by animal nutritionists; free roaming as climate allows; minimal confinement appropriate to the healthy growth, safety, and natural behaviors of the species.
Alexian has always made a commitment to preparing pâtés and mousses in a completely natural manner. Nothing is sacrificed besides the unpleasantries of preservatives, additives and unnecessary fillers. Alexian pâtés are Gluten Free as they do not add the flavor enhancer, Hydrolyzed Plant Protein.
We will taste a range of ALEXIAN products including Vegetable pâté; Chicken & Veal pâté; a new pâté TBD; and their delectable olive oil and sea salt crackers.
