We are thrilled to welcome the charming & lovely Virginie Baur-Sellar of Domaine Francois Baur . Her family has been crafting classic French wines for NINE generations. Yes -- nine!! Virginie's father and brother farm the family's vineyards with organic/biodynamic methods and the wines express true terroir and complexity. We will sample a crisp, minerally, bone dry Riesling, two aromatic, silky Pinot Noirs, one unoaked, and one aged in barrique as well as their creamy Cremant d'Alsace sparkling.
