Cancellation of orders will result in a 15% restocking fee. We do not ship to the following states: Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, New Hampshire, and Utah.
There is a minimum order of $99 to be shipped to a single location. We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of ordering - many on the same day. Once an order has been received by us, you will first get an automatic confirmation by email, letting you know the items ordered and the total. We will then proceed to process the order, discussing with you any questions regarding vintages or availability before charging it to your credit card. All credit cards are verified using cvv code and address verification. You need to provide a billing address that corresponds to the credit card you are using as well as the correct cvv code found on your credit card. If the billing address or cvv code does not verify, you will be informed and the order will not be processed until we hear from you.
Our shipping method is Federal Express. For Ground Shipping to the New York Tri-State area please allow 1-3 business days for delivery, for the Midwest please allow 3-5 business days, and for the West Coast 5-7 business days. We also deliver locally to Monmouth County. For all Two Day Air shipping, you will receive the package in two business days. All wines delivered must be received and signed for by an adult of legal drinking age. Many customers choose to have their order sent to their work address so that an adult is present to sign for it. If an order is sent to a home address and an adult is not present, FedEx will try to deliver twice more on consecutive business days. FedEx will furnish their telephone number on the door tags they leave so that the customer can call to arrange pick up of their package at the local FedEx facility if they like. FedEx will hold packages for five days if a customer tells them that they are coming to pick up their package. If the customer does not contact FedEx, or if the package is not picked up within the five day window, FedEx will return the package to us. We will need to charge shipping again for re-shipping packages.
Return Policy Please know that we will do our best to help serve you better. If there is a problem with the item, email us at orders@bottleshop.com within 30 days of the delivery date. In the event that you have to return the merchandise, re-pack the item in its original shipped packing to ensure safe return. All returns or cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking / cancellation fee. Expect a refund within four weeks from shipping your return to bottleshop.com. All wines 10 years or older, though cellared by us meticulously, are purchased at the Buyer’s risk with no returns permitted. Bottleshop.com, in its own discretion, reserves the right, for whatever reason, to refuse to cancel an order or to accept a return.
