Marengo
Integrated insect and disease control is carried out. Sulphur and copper base products are mainly used. No insecticides are used. No herbicides are used. Natural cover crops are left (grass cover) between the rows of vines. The grass is mowed in the summer and left to form humus (the turf is left in place). Only the lowest doses of SO2 are used in the wines.
