Manzone’s Barolo ‘Castelletto’ comes from the Castelletto vineyard in Monforte d’Alba. After harvest in the second week of October, the Nebbiolo goes through a temperature controlled, fifteen day fermentation. The resulting wine is then aged for 2 years in 350 liter oak barrels. Only 6000 bottles are produced. more
