To ensure optimum quality we control the whole winemaking process. We cultivate the vineyards, harvest and vinify the grapes, mature the wine, and bottle and market the finished product. Our modern, well-equipped winery has a production capacity of over one million litres. Utilising the most modern winemaking techniques enables us to depict both varietal character and terroir in our wines. Most of our white wines are barrel-fermented to give added complexity. Our red grapes are harvested at optimum ripeness to draw out maximum aromatic qualities and flavours. Our red wines are enjoyable when young but do benefit from additional bottle maturation. With those wines that are enhanced by barrel maturation, we use utmost care to ensure that the fruit component is never dominated by wood.
