Château Lafon-Rochet
Château Lafon-Rochet, with its 42 hectares in one parcel of land, is one of the five Classified Growths - Grands Crus Classés - in the appellation of St. Estèphe.
The property can claim to be among the most prestigious neighbours in the world, having on one side Château Lafite-Rothschild, and, on another, Château Cos d'Estournel.
40 years ago, it came as no surprise when this land attracted the attention of Guy Tesseron, a producer of great Cognac, whose watchword is quality above all else, and who has slowly but surely restored the name and fame of Château Lafon-Rochet.

   Classified as a fourth growth in 1855, Lafon Rochet consists of a 100 acre vineyard planted to 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc in Bordeaux's northern area of Saint Estephe.
