This is an outstanding dry white and hands down, one of our absolute favorite Italian whites. Made of 100% Greco di Tufo grape, the vineyard was planted in 1940, 1950, 1960 and 2000. The soil type is calcareous & clay, which gives the wine wonderful complexity. Look for wonderful peach and lime zest fruit, with tangy acidity and nuances of ginger, acacia honey & sage. Great with fresh fish dishes, raw oysters, cold antipasto, goat's milk cheeses and hummus, or on its own as an intriguing aperitif.
