Look for cedar, cassis, cherry and cigar box with nuances of saddle leather in the nose. On the palate, concentrated flavors of ripe black fruits, cassis and cherry fill the mouth, with solid tannins giving it backbone. Cassis and cherry linger on the long, structured finish. Arrowood uses non-interventional approaches to winemaking, such as not fining nor filtering.
