Alpha Omega Winery, located in the heart of Napa Valley, on the Rutherford Bench, released its first wines in July of 2006. Their team of winemakers, who share a history of great winemaking, along with their well regarded vineyards, combine to create delicious wines of Napa Valley. Alpha Omega’s winemaking team includes one of the wine world’s superstars, Michel Rolland. Universally considered one of the world’s most influential palates in terms of modern wines, Michel Rolland began working with Winemaker Jean Hoefliger in the 2006 vintage, both in the vineyard and in the cellar, to insure that Alpha Omega’s wines taste sexy and rich. Rolland, a native of Bordeaux, today consults for more than 100 wineries in 12 countries around the world as well as owning several wineries himself and directing one of the wine industry’s most respected laboratories in Bordeaux.
