This staff favorite is a deliciously fruity, medium bodied German-style Riesling from Oregon. Bright peach and lychee aromas lead into mouth-filling apricot, pineapple and yellow peach flavors. Plus, a great acid balance makes food pairing versatile and exciting. Super refreshing and mouth watering, we positively adored this with Asian-style Duck meatballs with a touch of foie gras inside, simmered in a salty, spicy broth. You could also serve this with sushi, spicy Asian dishes and BBQ chicken dishes.
