Los Nevados’ sustainable vineyards are situated in the high zone of Mendoza in the Valley de Uco. The fruit is hand harvested then briefly aged in 30% new oak in order to maintain the freshness of the fruit. Look for dark plum, black cherry, licorice and gentle spice flavors. Pair with lamb, beef, and hearty dishes especially with Latin fare or serve with fine cheeses, spiced olives and fig spread.
