H. Billiot Fils Brut Rosé
When I am making my choices for holiday drinking this season, I will definitely be drinking this! Pure and classy, dry yet ripe, with raspberries, licorice, red roses, vanilla cream and spices swirling from the glass in the nose & mouth. 100% Grand Cru, highest quality fruit from a tiny Champagne House in the village of Ambonnay.
Burghound
A wonderfully elegant and pure nose that is as much wine as it is Champagne as the fruit is more deeply pitched... this is more high-toned Pinot Noir in character. The flavors are delicious, complex and detailed with real depth and punch. A lovely but entirely serious Rose. 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay. Score: 93.

Wine Spectator
This pale rosé offers complex aromas and flavors of dried berry, dried citrus and spice notes, all married to a firm structure and a refined texture. Less fruity than some rosés, yet very harmonious and inviting. Drink now through 2010. Score: 91. —Bruce Sanderson, November 30, 2007.
