This is a super fresh, thirst quenching white from the Southwest region of France. Made of 100% Ugni Blanc grape, this clean offering has notes of lemon citrus, apricot, and hints of minerals. A perfect aperitif before dinner, you can also pair this with white fishes, green salads, pasta w/shrimp, olive oil and herbs, or goat's milk cheeses.
