Concha y Toro Marques de Casa Concha Cabernet Sauvignon 2005
This is one of the best Cabernet values in the store. Always made from hand picked fruit from 20+ year old vines, this vintage was aged for 18 months in French oak, part new, and part older. Serve with steaks, roasts, pasta dishes with robust sauces, and flavorful cheeses.
Wine Spectator
Lush but structured, with layers of black currant, tobacco, loam and dark licorice pushed by ripe, solid structure. Long, dark finish. Always rock solid. Drink now through 2011. 71,000 cases made. –JM Web Only (2008)

Wine Advocate
The 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon “Marques de Casa Concha” puts out classic toasty black currant aromas and flavors. This full-bodied wine has plenty of ripe fruit and well-integrated oak, tannin, and acidity. It has 2-3 years of aging potential and should drink well through 2025.
