This is a great find from a boutique winery in Walla Walla. Fleshy, balanced and rich Cabernet with cassis, chocolate, sweet vanilla and ripe red plum complexities. The winemaking & viticulture teams strive to "make the wine in the vineyard," growing healthy grapes that will develop into natural wines with little intervention. Tasted & loved by our staff.

This is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, all estate grown. Winemaker Steve Clifton handles the high (over 15%) alcohol well, and the wine feels full and balanced, but not fat or tiring. The fruit is a pleasant mix of raspberry, cherry and currant; with bright acids and firm tannins to back it up.
