Goats Do Roam Red 2006
This is a delicious blend of primarily Shiraz and Pinotage with Cinsault, Mourvèdre, Grenache, Merlot, Carignan, Gamay and Cabernet. The wine is lightly oaked and has roasted red fruits and herbes de Provence in the nose with fleshy, ripe, roasted fruit, licorice and spice flavors. Serve with grilled chicken, hamburgers, cheeses or rustic country pâté and rosemary crackers.
