Bisol Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Crede
The Bisol family traces its history in Veneto back to the 16th Century. Made of a blend of grapes : Prosecco, Pinot Bianco and Verdiso. This is an off-dry style, but definitely not sweet. The persistent small bubbles are fresh and steady. Look for scents of wildflowers and fruity hints of apples and pears. Harmonious, rich and refined.
It is from the sub-region of Valdobbiadene in Veneto, and the name Crede refers to the clay & marine sandstone soils of the area. The Bisol winery is still a family run business today and is managed by Antonio and Eliseo Bisol together with their sons: Gianluca and Desiderio, Claudio and Alberto.
Wine Enthusiast
Not cheap by Prosecco standards, and that extra level of quality is evident at every checkpoint. The bouquet is exceedingly snappy, with pure lemon-lime aromas. Citrus, green apple and white pepper flavors create a near-perfect palate, while the mouthfeel is excellent. About as good as Prosecco gets.
Score: 90.

Wine Advocate
Consistently one of the finest light-bodied, refreshing, crisp, pure Italian sparkling whites, Bisol’s non-vintage Prosseco Crede reveals lovely citrus notes offered in an alluring, lively style. Enjoy it over the next year.
